poor michael cha***... i sure feel bad that he fell victim to artie. but hey,
maybe he should have heeded the warnings that were posted all over usenet.
It looks like all the bad publicity Arthur and his warez-scam
have been earning is finally taking it's toll! Both his cellular
phone and "business" line have been disconnected due to
non-payment! YAHOO!! No wonder he's picked up the pace
with his usenet spam messages and false accusations that
anyone who "disses" him and his warez-scam is either
mentally ill and/or a "scrub" with no credit card.

I got the software from Rushware in Dusseldorf (germany).
They used the following procedure for stopping pirates.
They looked into the advertisements for people who wanted to sell pirated
software. Those people got an invitation by a german lawyer.
This lawyer costs lets say DM 10.000
*Now, according to german law, the accused is obligated in hiring a lawyer
for himself of the SAME value, so also for DM 10.000,-*
The accused people are then very fast in making a deal and stopping their
activities, because paying DM 10.000,- for only a lawyer, and not even go
to court is quite something.
Perhaps this is something to consider for nailing your Artie.

most of us already realize that arthur offers nothing at his site.
that's only -part- of what is upsetting the people who are aware of both
his spam and the scam he has been pulling...
the main thing that makes this guy so contemptible is his ability to
collect credit card numbers from his victims then charge whatever he
wants on them, even though he's been convicted of credit card fraud in
the past. when someone threatens to complain about getting ripped-off,
he tells them that he'll turn them in because they attempted to purchase
'pirated' software with their credit cards.
so it's not really so much the 'warez site' element that we are on his
back about at all. it's the scam itself that he is pulling.
(or -attempting- to pull...)
he hasn't been very successful lately thanks to those of us that are
letting the public know about him before they get tangled up in his web.
anyone can tell 'business' hasn't been so hot for poor artie since the
first of the year by all the rampant spamming he's been doing and by the
fact that he's gotten two of his three (known) phones shut off. ;)
so the only two angles i can see getting this idiot on would be the
credit card scam he's pulling, or the spam itself that he's been bombing
usenet with...
now the problem with stopping his spamming is that he gets one account
shut-down, five minutes later he's on another usenet provider or isp.
the only 'bright side' that i see in this is that he keeps needing to
repay connection and set-up charges. that can get costly if you need to
pay them all the time.
if all i can even do is present mr. schwartz with a little financial
discomfort, then i'll be happy with that itself because i'll know he's
being affected -somehow-...
and that can surely be determined by some of the responses he makes to
some of the people that 'expose' him online. lol! :)

also free. He attempts to lure people into paying for it, delivers
nothing in return, then threatens to report those who dispute the

were paid and no annual reports were filed:
