8. Schwartz, if pressed with legal action, is *personally* liable for all
judgments against him or the business he runs.
9. Schwartz cannot afford to hire a web site designer to create a
professional website.
10. Schwartz is unlicensed to conduct business in the State of Florid.a
11. Schwartz posts daily pleads for business using deja.com and many other usenet
providers, but eventually gets each account closed due to his illegal practices.
12. Schwartz has lost numerous ISP account for spamming including att.net,
bellsouth.net, and uu.net.

14. Schwartz in currently under FBI investigation for fraud and interstate ripoffs.

FACT:
Arthur H. Schwartz was indeed convicted of fraud in the state of Florida.
FACT:
Arthur H. Schwartz is currently conducting a credit card fraud
operation. He will charge the access fee for his site and provide
nothing. He will then make additional charges using the credit
card number that was given by the victim. He uses the victim's
card number to sign up for additional ISP accounts and for his own
purchases. He has joked about "how funny it would be to see
someone try to dispute the charges, because they were trying to
buy illegal software..." This has been proven time and again.
Several individuals have come forward to admit that Art did, in
fact, defraud them.

This one seems a little strange as it comes from Bellsouth.net.
Bellsouth.net was one of Art's primary spam accounts. It took months
to get him shut down from this ISP.
